Say Yes to Life
"Feel Great Again!"
If you do not change direction you are likely to end up where you are headed.” Lao Tzu
It is easy to get so caught up in treating our ailments that we lose sight of the changes we need to make to regain our health. To assist our patients in that process we are providing a list of evidence-based professional services, therapies, programs, community activities and references that one might consider as part of a broad model of care.
Let’s start living by making change because it is time to feel great again!
An Integrative Approach to Living Well
Yes! What a great word to say as we begin to heal and feel better. So often our being in a state of “dis-ease” causes us to say no to the aspects of life we once took for granted.
Taking steps to live life fully requires an action plan, patience and practice. Some habits are difficult to break and new ones are difficult to establish but the benefits of making change can be astounding.
We are fortunate to have exceptional resources here in Columbia to improve our quality of life. In addition, publications and internet sites dedicated to the same make it easy for us to tailor a program to our needs and limitations. I am sharing a partial list of options below to serve as a starting point for consideration. Please remember to always use sensibility and caution when considering change and consult your physician first.
